This one’s for Kevin, on the completion of his year long project unearthing lesser known songs about London.  Along the way, he featured Vera Lynn’s version of this song.  Although Anita O’Day doesn’t sing the complete lyric as discussed in his post, I don’t imagine there are many better takes than hers.
